High demand, lack of housing drives Missoula’s median home price to $338K

“Across the market, this is very low supply,” said Brint Wahlberg of Windermere Real Estate and chair of the MOR housing report. “It’s leading to a very rapid increase in sales prices because it’s a competitive market with multiple buyers and very few options.”

Bozeman, Gallatin County housing prices escalate, median prices approach $600K

The median sales price of a single-family home in Bozeman proper in August was $584,500. In July, it was $510,000.
