Treasure State Internet & Telegraph is threatening to sue the city of Helena for delaying the company’s installation of fiber-optic infrastructure within city limits.

The company is claiming in a complaint yet to be filed that city staff was negligent in its duties and made fraudulent representations and actions that delayed the fiber-optic project for years, costing the company about $1.5 million.
