Group aspires to energize prairie people

As it worked to organize a program, Rim Country Land Institute http:www.rimcountry.org stayed somewhat beneath the community’s radar. That’s about to change.

"Now it’s time to launch," said institute co-founder Carol McEvoy. "This is the year we want to let people know we’re here."
