2) Our Q4 2020 data collection for the national Cost of Living Index through The Council for Community and Economic Research (C2ER) placed Great Falls’ cost of living at 89.5% of the national average, a 0.2% drop from the previous quarter. Bozeman came in at 108.6% of the national average, Spokane 106.9, Seattle 156.0 and San Francisco at 192.3. 3) The City of Great Falls has put the Civic Center renovations project out to bid. It has also issued an RFP seeking proposals to utilize $475,000 in supplemental COVID recovery Community Development Block Grant funds. Proposals must be submitted to and received by the Planning and Community Development Department by 4:00pm on Friday February 26.
