Great Falls Development Authority Presents CEO Forum: Creating Evangelists 8/13, Great Falls, Montana

John and Courtney McKee founded Headframe Spirits http://www.headframespirits.com to add value to their community and opened their doors February 29th, 2012.

Headframe Spirits consists of four separate business units: a tasting room and a distillery, as well as a separate facility where they manufacture distillation equipment for other distilleries and co-package distilled spirits.

In the first 11 months of operation, John and Courtney blew past all their stated business plan goals. Those goals were: 1 New Employee and 1,200 cases of liquor sold. Before their first anniversary, Headframe Spirits had 8 full-time employees and 11 part-time workers. By December 2012, they had sold 3,000 cases. They continue to develop growth and expansion plans for Headframe Spirits with a strong focus on Return On Community.

Headframe Spirits integrates it’s brand in every facet of marketing. They have 4,050 fans on Facebook, 340 Followers on Twitter, a Blog, a website, and have featured stories in print publications. John and Courtney’s amazing spirit and dedication to their business earned them the 2013 Montana Entrepreneur of the Year from the Montana Ambassadors and Governor Steve Bullock.

The CEO Forum is presented by Great Falls Development Authority and Small Business Development Center at no cost and is designed to showcase innovative efforts of peer CEOs across the State of Montana. Any business owner, general manager, executive team member, or key employee who has known the struggles of finding the best way to communicate and develop relationships with customers is encouraged to attend. Courtney will discuss the philosophies which guide Headframe Spirits marketing and social media efforts, the impact social media has had on their business and how Headframe Spirits engages customers offline. She will offer you her secrets of how you too, can create evangelists for your business through your marketing efforts.
