Gov. Freudenthal: Wyoming must move forward

Despite some dimming in the state’s revenue picture, the Legislature must continue working on clean coal and carbon dioxide sequestration to move the state forward, Gov. Dave Freudenthal said Wednesday.

"This is a different environment," he said during a news conference. "We’re going to have to set priorities."

What worries him is overreaction, which could lead the Legislature to do nothing.
