Glacier Park’s Going-to-the-Sun Road set to open today – Sunday 6/23

The Going-to-the-Sun Road is set to be open in its entirety to motorized vehicle travel Sunday, June 23, pending any last minute changes due to weather.

The Park said in a release that visitors will be able to drive the entire 50-mile length of the road, and access Logan Pass, as crews have finished snow removal, assessed current snow conditions, removed rocks and other road debris, installed guard rails, and prepared the pass for visitor use.
