GFDA wins another EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant
May 12, 2020 /
GFDA has won another Brownfield Assessment Grant from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to use to support more redevelopment projects across Cascade County.
The $300,000 grant will enable us to provide more phase 1 and 2 assessments of properties ripe for redevelopment. This is great news to keep the momentum going in downtown Great Falls and the West Bank Urban Renewal Area. And, with this new grant, we will be able to provide assessments beyond the City limits in towns throughout Cascade County.
Thank you to our GFDA investors and partners who helped make this happen!
