1) Clearwater Credit Union has purchased the former Hardee’s property in downtown Great Falls to redevelop into a new branch. This has been one of the sites we have been targeting for investment. See TheElectric’s BusinessBites.

2) Congratulations to the Wagon Wheel Bar and Grill in Choteau on recently opening their doors. The Wagon Wheel was one of the presenters at this year’s Ignite event – the owners put a considerable amount of work and capital into Choteau’s newest eatery. Congratulations to Harvest Moon Brewery for being featured in the Montana Craft Beer Connection’s Spring 2024 issue!
