GFDA Top Ten for 11/1/26

GFDA

Various community partners gathered this week for a Wall Breaking Ceremony at the Indian Family Health Clinic, celebrating the start of cleanup and renovations for a future crisis receiving center in Downtown Great Falls. Brownfields funding from GFDA and the State of Montana will help support cleanup efforts, preparing the space for its new use. The center will fill a critical gap in local services by providing support for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crisis, strengthening our community’s crisis response system. By connecting people with appropriate care, the center will support recovery and rehabilitation while helping ease the strain on the county jail and local hospital emergency departments.
