The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.
1) Worked with a biotech startup out of California that is looking for a location to manufacture their product. Great Falls is ripe with raw materials and a much lower cost of doing business than many of our bigger metropolitan counter parts. 3) Pitched Great Falls and networked with developers, brokers and retailers at the International Council of Shopping Centers regional exchange in Denver.
