2) NeighborWorks Great Falls secured $1,675,560 in loans from the Montana Multifamily Coal Trust Homes Program, created in the last legislative session, to purchase and preserve 42 units of affordable housing in Belt and Cascade; see MTPR. Echo Enterprises secured a $520,509 loan to purchase and preserve 32 units in Havre; see MDOC press release.
