FVCC Culinary Institute to host dinner series

Flathead Valley Community College

The Flathead Valley Community College’s Culinary Institute of Montana will host the Modernist Dinner Series starting Friday.

Each dinner is themed to a current movement or topic in the food and beverage industry.

The students will collaborate to create unique menus available one week in advance of the dinners.

This Friday’s dinner will begin at 6 p.m. on FVCC’s Kalispell campus in the culinary kitchen on the lower level of the Arts and Technology building.
