Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice tells MSU students of the power of education

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice delivered a speech Wednesday night at Montana State University intended to inspire freshman students, urging them to work hard, find their passion and not take for granted the gift of a college education.

"I encourage you to think each and every day of your education as a privilege, not a right," Rice told a crowd of roughly 2,000 students and 6,000 community members attending the Freshman Convocation in the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse.
