Former Montana Gov. Steve Bullock and former Bureau of Land Management Director Neil Kornze are two of the first four board members of a new foundation created to help leverage public and private funds to conserve, protect and restore land managed by the Bureau of Land Management.

The “congressionally-chartered, nonprofit foundation authorized by Congress in 2017 will help leverage public and private dollars to conserve, protect and restore lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management for the benefit of the American people.”

Bullock will serve with Maite Arce, Founder of Hispanic Access Foundation; Neil Kornze, Chief Executive Officer of the Campion Advocacy Fund and Campion Foundation; and Stacy Leeds, Dean Emeritus, University of Arkansas School of Law.
