The Flathead Electric Co-Op (FEC) boasts the state’s only electric car loaning program.
FEC research analyst Wade Harris says the Co-Op started the program to introduce electric cars to the Flathead Valley.

Harris told MTN News Flathead County has terrible CO2 emissions compared to other cities in our state.
There are several charging stations for electric vehicles around Whitefish — in City Hall and at North Valley hospital. Harris says Telsa is looking to possibly put a Super Charger in the Super 1 parking lot in Kalispell.
