Businesses in the Flathead say they’re struggling to fill open positions.

Bias Brewing, which operates seven days a week, currently employs 15 people. But owners say they need more, especially with summer right around the corner.

However, finding people to fill those spots is proving to be a challenge.

Each week, the fair will feature a growth area in northwest Montana’s economy.

• April 12-16: Tourism, hospitality and retail
• April 19-23: Health care and bioscience
• April 26-30: Business, finance and other workforce opportunities
