FCR call center employing 200 in Butte now, continuing to grow

he FCR call center at the Butte Plaza Mall has doubled its workforce since last fall and now has about 200 full-time employees providing customer support, technical assistance and services on behalf of other businesses.

It hopes to employ as many as 400 in the coming year and can accommodate them in the mall, but precise jobs numbers will depend on industry demand, said Stephanie Marshall, FCR’s site director in Butte.

FCR is not an outbound call center and doesn’t perform telemarketing sales calls. Instead, the company based in Eugene, Oregon provides customer service technical support and other inbound call center duties on behalf of third-party clients.
