Employer-Sponsored Child Care Grant Program – 2nd Round of Funding Application

Applications will be accepted until Aug. 24, 2025 – closing at 9 p.m. (Mountain Time)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. Review Eligibility Requirements. Most employers are eligible, with the exception of Innovation Grant participants and child care businesses.
2. Review the Information Booklet. Use the Employer-Sponsored Child Care Grant Program booklet as a resource to help you prepare your application.
3. Complete the Following Sections:
   • Workforce and Related Child Care Needs: Provide an overview of your workforce and their child care needs.
   • Applicant (Employer) Information: Share details about your business and key application contacts.
   • Grant Application: Choose your preferred child care strategy, request funding, and provide a narrative explaining your selected strategy along with a financial budget.
   • Letters of Support (Optional): Upload up to three documents from partners supporting your application.
   • Submission: Acknowledge the terms and conditions and confirm the accuracy of your application.
