Downtown Bozeman releases first draft of improvement plan

With demand for more than 12,000 housing units expected in coming years, Bozeman leaders are figuring out how downtown fits into the city’s growth plan.

Downtown Bozeman released an initial draft of its downtown improvement plan Wednesday after months of working with local, regional and national consultants and taking public comment. The plan focused on infrastructure, housing and green spaces, emphasizing the need for downtown to be well-connected to other parts of the city.
