Bad advice for leaders includes not offering a vision, refusing to give credit or show appreciation and skipping out on one-on-one meetings, writes John Stoker. “If this is the way you lead your team, I can guarantee that turnover will be high, productivity will be lower, morale will be in the tank, and you will not get the results that you desire,” he writes.
