Developer offers to sell north property to Great Falls Development Authority

Hawaiian developer Joe Stanek said Monday he is willing to sell his entire roughly 1,100 acres of industrial property north of the city to the Great Falls Development Authority http://www.gfdevelopment.org/ .

Stanek and the authority have clashed at times during the six years Stanek has tried to develop a Great Bear industrial park and other nearby property.

Stanek said he would be willing to sell the property to GFDA for $6,000 an acre, with no money down. In an interview, he said he would be willing to negotiate the price.
