Despite people leaving the state and low fertility rate, Wyoming population slightly up

“The annual increase from July 2018 was 1,158 persons, or 0.2 percent, after three consecutive years of decline,” Wyoming Chief Economist Wenlin Liu said in a Monday, Dec. 30 release. “There are two factors contributing to the population change.”
