New $1 billion, 14-story, St. Vincent Hospital will be economic powerhouse for Billings

When it’s completed it will be the largest capital project in the history of Montana.

Intermountain Health’s new 14-story St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings on the far north end of downtown will cost nearly $1 billion.

Most of the functions on the hospital’s current campus will be combined into the 737,000-square-foot tower, which will face North 27th Street.
