The Mercury News recently obtained this transcript of a Yahoo staff meeting where everyone’s favorite potty-mouth CEO Carol Bartz addressed employees about recent developments and a new corporate strategy. The contents have been edited for length, clarity — and some profanity.

Bartz: I’d like to take a moment and thank you for dragging your (expletive) down here for this meeting. Please take your seats and shut the (expletive) up. We’ve got a lot of ground to cover today.
