Casper man gets Air Force grant for rocket motor

A Casper man has received a grant from the U.S. Air Force to help develop a rocket motor that could be used for a quick-strike missile launcher.
John Wickman has received a $738,000 grant from the U.S. Air Force Research Labs. The grant is for his work on a rocket motor that uses special nozzles to control thrust and steering of the rocket as it launches.
