Canada offers thousands of visas to H-1B holders!

The recent layoff wave in the USA is creating a lot of issues for highly skilled individuals. Canada is taking advantage of the situation and is offering 10,000 visas to H1B holders to move to their country and contribute to the economy. Canada aims to specifically attract tech workers that are currently in the United States. Of course, an alternative solution is to obtain permanent residency in the US, through self-sponsored green cards such as EB2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) or EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability).
