Can you recommend attorneys specializing in the Startup finance process in Montana?

We’ve had several inquiries from startups that wand to raise funding in the near future.  Most have no or little experience and need someone who can explain and then guide them through the process to success without charging them an arm and a leg.   Someone willing to work for equity would be best.

Any and all recommendations are greatly appreciated.
