Caldwell, Idaho’s biggest planned business development, Sky Ranch Business Center, attracts California companies

Owner Charlie Mello plans to move his specialty vehicle-manufacturing company from Ontario, Calif., to Caldwell’s Sky Ranch Business Park in late August and hire 25 workers with hourly wages ranging from $10 to $21.

"I’m very excited. I like Idaho so far from what I’ve seen," Mello said in a phone interview.
