Burst! from Team Kaizen Games of Great Falls, Montana – FIRST EVER video game to be supported ($27K) by the Montana Film Office with a Big Sky Film Grant!

We’re proud to announce that Burst! (our rhythm game where you blow up fireworks to the beat) is now the FIRST EVER video game to be supported by the Montana Film Office with a Big Sky Film Grant!

This means we not only get the recognition from the Montana Film Office, but also we are getting a $27,000.00 grant towards the development of Burst!.

These funds will be used to improve our current build of the game, including getting visuals (both the environment and our particle effects) up to current industry standard. Once we have a new build that reflects these changes, we’ll post videos of it running!

Some of the funds are also going to be used to license additional songs for the game, and we’ll have announcements on that soon!
