Bridge experts say federal money is key for Montana at City Club Missoula forum

The state of Montana needs $125 million annually to fix or replace its aging bridges for the next decade, a state official told the Missoula City Club on Monday, but much of that money still needs to reach Montana.
Statewide, more than 25 bridges have been closed in the last year, including at least two in Missoula County. Several other county bridges are in dire need of repairs.
