Bozeman, Montana seeks volunteers for climate change planning
October 1, 2019 /
“Our goal is that this climate plan isn’t just the city’s plan but is the community’s plan,” said sustainability program manager Natalie Meyer.
The Bozeman Climate Team will craft goals and initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to adapt to the changing climate. The team will have about 25 people, including one member younger than 18. The city has also reached out to Montana State University for help incorporating younger voices and is looking for residents with expertise in areas including transportation, energy policy and building.
