Five directors and/or chief executive officers of Boise companies will participate in a discussion panel for the third annual Intermountain Business Forum from 7:30 a.m. to noon Friday at the Boise Centre on The Grove, Flying Hawk Eyrie Room. Among the panelists are:

Larry J. Arguinchona, chairman of the board of the Syringa Bank; Jim Hawkins, founding partner of Highway 12 Ventures; Anthony A. Maher, chairman, president and CEO of PCS Edventures of Boise; and Larry R. Shideler, chief executive officer of ProTeam Inc.

Jody Olson, an attorney who is of counsel to forum sponsor Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley, LLP, will be moderator. Olson also is chairman of the Retirement Board of the State of Idaho Public Employees Retirement System and a director of Extended Systems Inc., where he chairs the audit committee.

The keynote speaker at the forum will be Hal Shear, senior adviser to the National Association of Corporate Directors and president of Board Assets Inc., of Boston.
