Billings teen Kathryn Brower and her business, 406 Lips wins challenge for young entrepreneurs

A Skyview sophomore got the chance to meet some ranking Montana politicians after she won the Montana “Teenpreneur” challenge.
Kathryn Brower and her business, 406 Lips, rose to the top out of about 87 participants.
Kathryn creates lip balm holders made out of fabrics.
