Amazon’s Alexa to Become a Rental Unit Amenity

Amazon has figured out a way to get its smart speakers into apartments and rental homes without consumers lifting a finger, as property managers bring in Alexa to manage tenants.

In the future, residents will be able to communicate with apartment staff and even pay rent through the Echo.
