Why is this position open? Is it a new position or is someone getting promoted?  If promoted, what did they do so well to warrant this change?

What are some of the soft skills required for this position?

What projects are you working on now that I can work on?

At the End:

What is the most important 2 things I’ll need to achieve in my first 90 days?

How is my progress going to be measured and how can I monitor my success in the first 90 days?

What are the 3 biggest challenges our company is facing?

Most Important:   “Tell me about yourself”

30 seconds about your career and personal success

2 minutes about how you know what you do is in alignment with what the company needs.  Take it from your past to their future.
