Commerce is partnering with our data and research agency of record, Lawrence & Schiller (L&S) to create a database of tourism and visitation assets found throughout Montana in alignment with Commerce’s Destination MT Statewide Resiliency Plan. The goal of the project is to create a source for asset information that can assist Commerce and its partners in identifying gaps within communities to identify where funding and work can be focused to help close gaps for economic growth and community resilience while also allowing the marketing team wider lenses of markets to target, assets to bolster, and incorporate into future plans that will broaden reaches and become more equitable for the state as a whole.
