A New regular series begins with Montana Western in Dillon

It began as Montana State Normal School and now is officially The University of Montana Western , but is best known as simply Montana Western.

The Dillon school reinvented itself some 15 years ago, adopting a curriculum plan they call Experience One .

Students at Montana Western take one class at a time for 18 days. They then get a short break. This focus on one class at a time, Raffety says, gives the students better time to learn the material, and in turn the instructors more time to present it.
