This position is responsible for labor relations, negotiations and administration of the school district’s labor and employment contracts, oversees the operations of the Human Resources Department. Responsible for personnel functions including staffing, hiring, counseling, policy administration and record keeping for all certified and non-certified staff. Plans, coordinates and supervises the operations of the HR office. Manages employee benefit programs including a self-funded health insurance program. A Masters’ Degree in business administration, education, or a related field is preferred, and four to ten years related experience and/or training in Human Resources, Labor Relations and Benefit Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the District. Experience in a public school system is desired but not required.
