University of Minnesota to offer free tuition to needy students

A big announcement today from the University of Minnesota about free tuition to low-income students.
The "U" plans to guarantee four years of free tuition and fees to Minnesota undergraduates who are from families who make less than $50,000 a year and who meet admission requirements.
