This is a $40-$50 million dollar project in Montana. So far, GSA only has 8 business owners signed up. A lot of work for subcontractors……
An Industry Day is planned by GSA to provide potential offeror’s the opportunity to identify local contractors and material suppliers for subcontracting possibilities. On August 12, 2015, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced that it has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Piegan Port of Entry Infrastructure Project. The RFP is posted on FedBizOpps.gov Solicitation Number: GS00P15LYC0020.
GSA plans to host an Industry Day on Wednesday, September 16 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at US Bank, 300 Central Ave, Second Floor training room in Great Falls, MT. The purpose of the Industry Day is to provide potential offeror’s the opportunity to identify local contractors and material suppliers for subcontracting possibilities.
GSA will also host a pre-proposal conference and site visit regarding this solicitation at the Piegan Land Port of Entry Thursday, September 17 at 9 a.m. Although the pre-proposal conference and site visit are not mandatory, all offerors are highly encouraged to attend. There is no charge to attend, but you must register.
