Microsoft Idaho has trouble finding engineers

Two years or two months to hire 200 – the difference between Boise and Seattle
Software giant Microsoft set up shop in Idaho earlier this year by purchasing ProClarity, a Boise software company. However, there’s no guarantee that Microsoft’s presence will grow, according to ProClarity founder Bob Lokken, who now works for Microsoft.
