Boise firm, Highway 12 Ventures helps finance OpenLogic

OpenLogic Inc. http://www.openlogic.com , a Broomfield, Colo.-based software company that seeks to make Open Source easy, safe and manageable for businesses, has closed a $4 million round of financing with Boise’s Highway 12 Ventures http://www.highway12ventures.com/ and three other venture capital firms.

This is Highway 12 Venture’s ninth investment with the current fund.

OpenLogic has indicated that it will use the funding to expand its development, sales and marketing efforts.
