Albertsons LLC chooses Boise based PakSense labels to monitor fresh food shipments

Grocery chain will require ‘Smart Label’ technology to be used in shipments

Boise-based PakSense http://www.paksense.com/ announced its first deal with a national grocery chain Tuesday.

Albertsons LLC, based in Boise, said it will require its suppliers to use PakSense temperature monitoring devices on all the produce, fresh meat and seafood shipments delivered to the company’s distribution centers.
