5-year Billings Capital Improvement Plan ‘a road map of where we’re going’

Billings officials are seeking ideas from the public as they craft the city’s next five-year building plan.

Vern Heisler, deputy director of the Public Works Department and the chair of a committee that shapes and updates the Capital Improvement Plan annually, said Wednesday that residents have the chance to get in on the ground floor of the plan’s construction.
