How do you make decisions? Sometimes, you might use a planned, scientific process, but you're probably making many decisions on autopilot, by using your gut or guessing. Maybe your decision-making ability is limited because of situational constraints.

It's a lot to think about!

My recommendation to every entrepreneur I work with is to set aside 10 minutes every day at the same time each day to do a journal about the decisions you've made in the last 24 hours at what time and why.

Over time, you'll see tendencies to make good and bad decisions based on timing that will help you improve your decision making process.
