Bozeman close to adopting new rules on building homes, businesses
December 6, 2017 /
In early September, a developer stood before Bozeman’s leaders and told them more, and bigger, development is on its way.
"People that I’ve worked with in other parts of the nation are interested in what’s going on over [here]," Belgrade resident Robert Lee told the Bozeman City Commission on Sept. 11. "You’re at a point where you’re going to be inundated and working with regulations, not with local people."
Lee said Bozeman’s zoning and building requirements aren’t difficult, at least, not compared to building in places like Colorado and California.
