Casper company Breakthrough 307 aims to accelerate startup process

According to a study from CNBC, Wyoming was tied 13th overall in the country for business this year but placed dead last in access to capital.

The co-founder described it as somewhere between an angel investment fund and a really small venture capital fund. Charles Walsh, a fellow co-founder, likened it to Shark Tank, albeit on a much smaller scale.
