OBJECTIVES:

Develop and implement CMC strategic policies for project management in all functional CMC areas including research, process development, pharmaceutics, analytical chemistry, quality assurance, and budgets.

Provide strategic and technical direction to the executive team concerning timing of major CMC milestones and critical path deliverables, including budget and resource planning, implementation, and variances.

Guide multi-disciplinary, highly technical teams through complex programs involving all internal functional area directors and outside contract manufacturing and testing organizations.

Subject matter expert in project management disciplines concerning CMC research, scale-up and development of vaccines, including strategic interactions with clinical development teams for global clinical trials.
