Montana Career Opportunity – Executive Director – Lake County Community Development Corp

The Board of Lake County Community Development Corp is seeking applications for an Executive Director. Applicants must have 3 to 5 years’ experience managing an enterprise in a non-profit setting is preferred. Must have supervisory duties, a thorough understanding of MT and Federal employment laws, public speaking and customer service is required.

Responsibilities include oversight of the Organization’s program areas including business development; the Mission Mountain Food Enterprise Center and community facilities; building strong networking relationships and marketing loans to prospective borrowers (businesses) and partner lending institutions; grant writing and understanding state and federal funding mechanisms related to economic development and related management requirements; maintaining a good relationship with our Certified Development Corporation partners and the County/City administrations that we serve; directing the day-to-day office operations of the organization, including the supervision of the Corporation’s staff, budget and programs.

The current Executive Director will remain in place until the position is filled and transition is complete.
